Welcome to the sport of Canicross
I am a Certified Dogfit Canicross Instructor and hold a Leadership in Running Fitness coaching qualification from England Athletics.
My aim is to introduce people to canicross in an enjoyable and relaxed environment. I have classes to suit everyone, whether you have never run before or already run but would like to learn how to safely involve your dog in your exercise routine.

Get to Know Me
Running was never at the top of my list for exercise until I discovered Canicross. It has opened up a new world to me both socially and competitively.
As a Mum of two young children time can be precious and running is an easy option to fit in with my schedule and exercise my dog at the same time.

I enjoy the added security and company of having my dog with me whilst running. Finding new trails to explore near home or further afield is surprisingly satisfying. Meeting other likeminded dog lovers who also love running has led to new friendships.
Introduction to Canicross
A great way to try out the sport. The class includes a 35min walk/jog depending on ability and full canicross kit is provided for both you and your dog.
Canicross Courses
The Couch to 5k course in Canicross form. Popular with runners who aim to join their local Parkrun or similar event.
5k to 10k courses and courses tailor made to ability are also available on request.
Drop-in Classes
Regular weekly classes for mixed abilities. Running at the pace of the slowest runner so no one gets left behind. The classes are designed to be social and fun for all.
